Monyee Chau — Taiwanese, Chinese American artist who explores the journey of healing through decolonization and reconnecting with their roots through a variety of mediums.
Ron Chew — A lifelong Seattleite, former executive director of the Wing Luke Museum, serves on board of directors of the International Examiner, author of “My Unforgotten Seattle.”
Hsiao-Ching Chou — Author of “Chinese Soul Food” and the newly published “Vegetarian Chinese Soul Food,” she is also the chair of the James Beard Foundation’s Book Committee.
