It’s almost time to get into the spirit of holiday baking! Join Phebe, Founder of Nuflours Bakery on 15th Ave E in Capitol Hill for hands-on gluten free holiday cookie making and decorating.
Phebe will guide you through baking techniques to create delightful holiday treats. Learn tips and tricks to make your holiday cookies look festive and professional!
You’ll get hands-on decorating time, and leave with 6 cookies showcasing your decorating skills and two holiday cookie recipes: classic sugar cookies and triple ginger cookies.
Nuflours was founded in 2011 where they began selling at a few farmers markets. Since then, they’ve grown to serving area cafes, restaurants and grocers, and made-to-order services, like wedding and birthday cakes. The space you’ll see at the event has been a bakery since the thirties and its still family owned!
Everything you receive there from them is produced in their certified gluten free facility using high-quality, verified non-GMO, and organic (when possible) ingredients. All the pastries are handmade by a team dedicated to quality and fresh gluten free goodness.
