Support the Latino Center for Health at the 2nd Fundraiser Breakfast: 
Proceeds from this event will support 1) community-academic partnership research in WA state seeking to improve Latinx health and 2) travel funds for graduate students to present work addressing issues of Latinx health at national conferences.


Featuring Keynote Speaker Maria Hinojosa

Maria Hinojosa is among the country’s most prominent Latina journalists. She is the host and executive producer of National Public Radio’s Latino USA and anchor and executive producer of the PBS show America by the Numbers. Ms. Hinojosa will address the impacts of current immigration policy and the threat of deportation on Latinx mental health.


Fundraiser Breakfast Event details: 

  • 7:30am- Doors open
  • 7:45am- Breakfast available
  • 8:10am- Program begins
  • 9:00am- Program concludes

Tickets are $125 per person to attend this event, online registration ends Friday October 27, 2017 –  11:59pm.  There will be an additional opportunity to further contribute during the program.
