š¶Seattle, is that you? When Torrie (@tor601) tagged #theevergrey in this waterfront photo, we had to do a double take. The clear skies and houseboats looked like a vacation spot rather than the rainy city weāre used to calling home in October. Say what you will about the difficulties of a Seattle winter, but fall days like these are unbeatable.
š The best of the PNW. Sig Sreedharan (known as @siglivetoeat on the āgram) has tagged us in some breaktaking snapshots this year. Weāre still basking in the glow of this stunning sunset. And as for this showstopper of a storm… weāll take our crazy weather if it means cool photos like this one.
š§Challenge accepted. When we challenged Seattleites to submit their GREYTEST photos, we got a bunch of beautiful pics of cloudy skies, rain puddle reflections, and raindrops on bus windows. One of our finalists, AJ Matesi (@ajmatesi), wowed us with his strength in front of an overcast backdrop. You can check out all our other greyt entries with the #EvergreyChallenge tag on IG.
šOur most photogenic feature. One tourist attraction kept showing up in our most liked Instagram photos of the year. How can the Space Needle ever get old when itās set against a backdrop like this? Kudos to Brendan Ramsey (@brendanramsephotography) for capturing this shot āĀ our iconic landmark and the harvest moon never looked better.
ā¤ļøLocal pick-up lines for the win. Known for her hilarious doodles depicting life in Seattle, @seattlewalkreport shared some adorable Seattle-themed Valentineās Day cards with us just in time for the holiday. (And with February just around the corner, itās not a bad idea to bookmark these to send to your most beloved Seattleites). One of our favorites has this fantastic pick-up line: āAre you the Central Library? Because I could get lost in you.ā Hereās more from the (anonymous) Seattleite who runs @seattlewalkreport.
