Got some free time this week? Let’s help you make some plans.
Amazon’s first ridiculously automatic grocery store is opening to the public today, right here in Seattle. No checkout, no fuss, and absolutely no privacy. Pick out whatever you want from its shelves and the store will know exactly what you got and what to charge your account when you leave.
The store is at 2131 7th Ave. in Belltown, and open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Todd Bishop of GeekWire got a sneak peek, and here’s what he thought of the whole experience. If you go, let us know it how it all … feels.
