🌆 Today is not Columbus Day in Seattle

Thanks for tagging #theevergrey on Instagram, Pamela!

Isn’t that a gorgeous gradient? Reader Pamela Glass snapped this shot while wandering around the ever-changing South Lake Union and dreaming of visiting all the coffee shops.

“I’ve been venturing deeper and deeper into SLU on my lunch break walks because I usually ever only drive through and it happens to be the perfect 1 hour round trip,” she wrote on Instagram. “While I have very mixed feelings about the rash of corporate looking buildings that have sprung up in the last 10 years, I appreciate that probably 80 [percent] of their surfaces just reflect our lovely skies. I particularly liked this rainbow apartment building. It seems an odd choice compared to the rest of neutral colored Amazonia, but I like a little joy sprinkled into my mundanity. 💖💜💙”

Now we’ll help you sprinkle some joy into your plans this week…
