Vote for your favorite question about Pioneer Square

We wanted to know what questions you had about Pioneer Square, Seattle’s oldest neighborhood and a place that’s been reinventing itself for more than 100 years. We received several intriguing questions, and now we’re ready to take one of them on with you.

The votes are in, and our winning question comes from Beth Anderson:

“What’s being done to protect this historic neighborhood, particularly from earthquakes? Have there been any efforts to retrofit all the old brick buildings?”

Stay tuned as we explore the answer in the next few weeks. And thanks to everyone who submitted a question or participated in the voting round.
